About the author:
Harmoni McGlothlin is an award winning screenwriter, a sometimes fiction author, essayist, and occasional poet who often prefers delusions to reality. However, she prefers wine to both delusions and reality.
Harmoni's first screenplay, Time Of My Life, was the recipient of a Silver Telley Award in 2007 and since then her work has placed in several competitions nationwide. Her poetry, short fiction, and essays have appeared both in print and online in numerous literary journals and reviews over the course of a decade.
Venus Laughs is her first book length volume and includes an excerpt from her upcoming prose collection Church Bells.
